We are currently seeking a marketing specialist to work on planning, operation and analysis for our US marketing team. This role entails working alongside teammates in both Japan and the US to carry out digital marketing with the aim of achieving higher market growth, brand recognition, app installs, and re-engagement statistics. Our US marketing team manages all marketing tasks in house and is composed of a small number of talented individuals. Members of this team are expected to use the data available to them to proactively automate recurring processes for increased efficiency.

▼Job Description

・Planning, implementation, and analysis of US marketing strategy

・KPI design and reporting/visualization

・Management of the advertising budget






▼Minimum Requirements

・Experience managing listing/display advertisements based on data analysis

・Experience carrying out analysis with tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

・Experience carrying out setup for Firebase, Adjust. or other mobile app SDKs

▼Additional Qualifications

・Basic understanding of/experience using SQL

・Experiencing creating specs/requirements aimed at improving data fields

・Experience automating operations using third-party APIs such as Facebook's, Google AdWords', etc.

・Experience processing and analyzing data using Python, R, or other analysis tools

・Experience making measurements with DoubleClick or carrying out attribution analysis

・Google Analyticsなどの解析ツールでの分析、タグマネージャーの実務経験






・FacebookやGoogle AdWordsのAPIを活用した運用自動化の経験

 Probationary Period: 3 months (salary same as above)



▼Work Hours

・Fixed working hours 10:00-19:00

 Flex time (core hours 12:00-16:00, 60 minute lunch)


・Annual salary, paid monthly
