Job Description

・Fresh graduate talent acquisition (both in Japan and overseas) – year-round/students of any year

・Creating and managing systems/policies to attract applications to Mercari





▼Minimum Requirements

・Understanding of Mercari’s business and shared belief in the company’s mission

・Shared belief in Mercari's values

・Skills required to carry out the above-described work responsibilities

▼Additional Qualifications

・Business-level English (required for those involving in international recruiting)

・Experience in direct recruiting

・Experience as an engineer, or a general understanding of engineering

・Experience working in HR (hiring, employee benefit planning, or management)

 Probationary Period: 3 months (salary same as above)



▼Work Hours

・Fixed working hours 10:00-19:00.

 Flex time (core hours 12:00-16:00, 60 minute lunch)


・Annual salary, paid monthly

・Based on your experience, skills and potential

・Reviewed twice a year


・5-day work week (Sat/Sun off)

・National holidays, paid time off, summer/New Year's vacation, congratulatory leave, compassionate leave
