・Conduct user interview and research across the product cycle, from formative to evaluative.
・Utilize findings to help design future products or features.
・Bring insights about users by a variety of methods whether it be surveys, interviews, usability studies, diary studies, ethnographic observation, or a new method you invent.
・Share findings with designers, engineers, and others, creating a smarter, more informed and more empathetic product team.
・Currently enrolled in a Bachelors, Masters or PhD level program in Cognitive or Behavioral Psychology, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Design research, Human Factors, Social Sciences research or related field.
・Experience with qualitative and/or quantitative research method (interviews, and usability tests, field research) and data collection and analysis.
・Experience working projects involving cross-functional teams.
・Experience using creative design tools (Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, InDesign).
・Ability to have an empathetic, human-centric approach to analysis and problem-solving skills.
・Ability to evaluate designs and make recommendations for improvements to designs and technology to improve product quality and overall interactive and interface design.
・Native level Japanese and conversational level English
Probationary Period: 3 months (salary same as above)
・Fixed working hours 10:00-19:00
Flex time (core hours 12:00-16:00, 60 minute lunch)
